The American Red Cross is volunteer-led and volunteer-driven. You will find volunteers in every level of our organization, in every kind of position and task, ensuring that the American Red Cross meets its mission of helping people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies. The Siouxland Area Chapter can work with you to provide rewarding experiences that will fit your schedule. If you need training, we'll provide it.

Background Check
In order to protect the vulnerable populations who turn to us in times of emergency, the National Office of the American Red Cross has mandated that all Red Cross employees and volunteers must complete a background check. Contact your Chapter for more information.
