October 23, 2009 - Event Chair Breezy Struthers Drake along with Co-Chairs Jean Ripp and Heather Freeburn invite you to start your holidays off with the Siouxland Area Chapter of the American Red Cross’ 2009 Tour of Homes. Experience “Christmas at the Creek” throughout select homes in the Whispering Creek area of Sioux City, starting Wednesday, November 18th and running through Saturday, November 21st.
Featured homes decorated for this Tour include: Ronald and Stephanie Rens at 6700 Kingswood Court, Dr. Kevin and Jane Lilly at 6734 Cantebury Court, Nick and Jennifer Haugen at 6765 Cantebury Court, Jason and Amy Sulzbach at 3023 Glen Ellen Road, and Casey and Molly Fenton at 6717 Kingswood Court.
Reservations will be taken beginning October 29th. To make a reservation, call (712) 252-4081 or visit the Red Cross office between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday at 4200 War Eagle Drive in Sioux City. Tickets can also be purchased by visiting the Red Cross website at www.siouxlandredcross.org. Tickets are $30 per person for the Tour and $75 for the Dinner Tour on Saturday.
Dinner Tour guests will enjoy a wonderful dinner compliments of Texas Roadhouse, a live auction, and acoustical entertainment by Byron Kuehl in the Whispering Creek Clubhouse, Saturday, November 21st after their Tour of Homes.
Lunch will be provided for tours leaving between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Tours fill up quickly, so call for your reservations soon. If you would like to volunteer, please contact Tammie Pech at 712-252-4081.
The Holiday Tour of Homes provides significant support for the Siouxland Area Chapter’s Disaster Services, Health and Safety Services, Armed Forces Emergency Services and Youth Services. |
