          Carpet donated from Siouxland Federal Credit Union is installed in Executive office, Bob's Office, Woodbury Medical Society Office and
              the Front Desk Reception area. It was then cleaned by Heaven's Best.

             Bob, Tammy and Woodbury Medical Society Move into their Offices.

            Staining and Office doors are installed.  Front Entrance and Office Entry Framing is installed. 
           
          
          Health & Safety Room receives new flooring.
         
          Phase III Begins:  New Offices for Beth ,PR/Events Coordinator and New Position, Fund Development Associate
                                    Also creates a New Class Room  ( this use to be where the back offices use to be From Tammy 's Desk on Back)
